Writing to Heal and Grow March 1, 2020 & March 15, 2020 This is a two session workshop that will provide participants with support and strategies to cope with professional and personal stress in order to develop a brighter view of the past to light the way to a brighter future. Participants will:
be guided through an expressive writing process based on the works of James W. Pennebaker
be encouraged to use intuitive art expression techniques in order to gain deeper personal insight
be provided with the space and time to be mindful, reflective, and practice goal setting
